The waves were bigger than I though, and I had to work for them... The paddle out was horrendous, but once out there it was well worth it with lovely glassy peeling waves. Had some really nice rides, but after about an hour the waves dropped off a bit and seemed to be getting messed up by the sandbanks.... As good as it gets ta Ynyslas for a while though.
